Andy Moorman is one of the industry's most accomplished and well rounded professionals. Andy graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Animal Science. She had been a full-time breeder, trainer and instructor for over 40 years. Her talents as a clinician take her all around the globe to coach and instruct at competitions and clinics.
Andy and her students' accomplishments include: AQHA World Championships, All American Quarter Horse Congress Championships, International AQHA Championships and AQHA Honor Roll titles.
Andy was AQHA Horsewoman of the Year in 1998. She has assisted AQHA in writing the AQHA judges' casebook on equitation over fences and equitation on the flat. Andy served as chairwoman of the AQHA Professional Horseman’s Committee for 2002 to 2004. Recently Andy was acknowledged for her achievements an received a Level 4 certification as a Master Horseman from the Certified Horsemanship Association.
Today Andy continues to actively coaching and train her students in the US and internationally. She is also continues to actively participate and support the AQHA and FQHA organizations and is currently serving on several committees.
Andy currently operates Woodmere Farm, a training, teaching, showing and sales facility in Venice, Florida.
